April Fools' Day

Have you been fooled today? Did you feel embarrassed?
...Well you should be aware with April Fools Day

April Fools' Day or All Fools' Day, although not a holiday in its own right, is a notable day celebrated in many countries on April 1. The day is marked by the commission of hoaxes and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends, family members, enemies, and neighbours, or sending them on fool's errand, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible.

The origin of April Fools' Day is obscure. One likely theory is that the modern holiday was first celebrated soon after the adoption of the Gregorian Calendar; the term referred to someone still adhering to the Julian Calendar, which it replaced.

YouTube – Obama’s Secretary of Video

YouTube is a popular video sharing site which was created last February 2005. It is one of today's most trendy and influential social networking sites. In fact a lot of talented individuals especially in the entertainment industry were discovered through YouTube. Even the newly elected President Barack Obama is conquering YouTube since presidential campaign is going on. Because of the use of internet he made it on the position and his team will keep on utilizing the internet media to deliver his messages to the public.

Being elected as the newly President of the United States, Obama appoints YouTube as the "Secretary of Video". His Presidential weekly address will be viewed on YouTube from time to time. President Obama's first weekly address already reached 834,991 views from November 14-19. Maybe days from now, there will be a "White House" channel on YouTube exclusively for Obama's Administration.

Upon YouTube's appointment, rumors are buzzing around on why he favors YouTube among the other video-sharing websites. But… whatever the reason behind its back, respect is important. We all have our own choice of decision. And for Obama's Administration, people all look forward for a positive change in all aspects.

Free Movie and TV shows at Youtube

Youtube, one of the top social media sites in the internet world today. Thousands of visitors coming from different country in the world are going in to Youtube. Even new talents in the entertainment industry were discovered through Youtube. Here's the latest clip about Youtube:

If there was ever any doubt that online video is here to stay, look no further than today's announcement that YouTube will now show free full-length movies and TV shows in a deal just reached with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Google, the owner of YouTube, hints that other such deals are to be expected soon.
Expect to see the first movies streaming by January as Google responds to competition from online rivals like Hulu.com, the year-old streaming video service partially owned by NBC, which already streams shows from NBC, Fox and CBS.
The MGM movies on YouTube will be free, with brief commercials interspersed as is done on Hulu. Don't expect the latest. Most will be old films and series from the archives, like 10-year-old episodes of "American Gladiators" and a a handful of golden oldie films, like the "Magnificent Seven," "Legally Blonde" and "Bulletproof Monk."
Still, it's a start and more evidence of how the Internet is now a serious rival to cable, satellite and over-the-air TV

Dealing with Refinance Mortgage

Looking for a house to purchase its quite hard. There are many things that would surely pop-up in your mind, if you need to hire a broker or look for a house yourself. However if you were saving your budget because you need to purchase some important things aside from buying a house you can have a refinance mortgage. If you subscribe on the refinance mortgage, it could help you save more money and you can buy all the necessary things you needed. If you were planning to refinance a mortgage, you should take it with a lower interest rate but never make it have a higher interest rate if you don’t want to have a bad trouble at the end.

On the other hand, there are many things to consider when refinancing for a mortgage home. Think of the factors like if the recent interest rate is already low to save your money, or is it necessary for you to change the type of mortgage that you have now, and think as well what the possible effects are and how it affects your payment. In mortgage refinancing, the cost of your payments is the same as your original mortgage. It is indeed paying off the original mortgage loan that you have and asking for a new one which has a better charge. So when refinancing a mortgage always thinks of its possible requirements as well.
